Building Schools for the Future (BSF)

£214 million BSF Project at Leicester City Council consisting of 4 PFI schools and several design and build schools and two new pupil referral units. Worked on PFI contract, liaising with PfS (Partnership for Schools) and drafted ICT agreement (£64million) to introduce new ICT services to the new and refurbished schools and educational institutions and worked on FM contract. Worked as part of a multidisciplinary project team with experts on payment mechanisms and pensions and voluntary schools.

Telecommunications 

Advised, drafted and negotiated £5million contract for Nottingham City Council with a major telecoms provider.

IT Infrastructure

Reviewed licences, including software licences in preparation for expanding the banks IT/ICT and financial systems infrastructure, including the introduction of a new global treasery system at a private bank.

Social Housing Regeneration 

Advised on the appointment of a developer for a social housing regeneration project for Nottingham City Council.

 MOD

Advising the Company Board and managing external experts on finalising a £500 million MOD pfi for LEX Service PLC (now called RAC PLC) for the provision of white vans and transport logistics.
