BS5750 /Lexcel / Good office practice and client care

Drafted standard operating procedures which were used by other legal teams to customise them for their relevant discipline. Contributed to the standard office manual and BS5750 manual at Bradford Council which was used by other authorities as a standard eg London Borough of Richmond and Oxfordshire County Council.
