Agreements

• Drafted the ICT agreement for BSF project for Leicester City Council as there was no template for the ICT services. Drafted numerous bespoke agreements eg Bureau Services Agreement for payroll services at Bradford Council and joint venture agreement for the installation of cables under the highways within the Bradford area.

• Income Generation from advertising on Bus Shelters. Negotiated the appointment of an investment bank (Société Generale) to advise on options available to Portsmouth City Council as owner of its municipal port. Web Development Agreement with TMP Worldwide for recruitment of staff at Portsmouth City Council.

• Advised Leeds Bradford Airport in relation to company secretarial and also construction agreements when Bradford Council Legal Department used to undertake legal services for the Airport.

• Drafted Section 31/s75 NHS Act agreements at Oxfordshire County and also at Ealing LBC.

• Joint working with 5 West Yorkshire authorities at Bradford Council and across all  Yorkshire authorities at Barnsley Councileg from Leeds to  Sheffield  Council.

• Drafted numerous Novation Agreements. Advised on and drafted Parent Company Guarantees and Bonds.

• Advised a private client on Franchise agreement and drafted heads of terms for a CEO of a privately owned company for the production, supply and distribution of foods across Europe , and parts of Asia from factory in China.

• Working with an expert in print media global maketing to develop service provision of legal services to his network of clients. Will attend seminars and conferences as required to promote the services and to determine the need for legal support in this field.
• Advised the West Yorkshire Pension Fund trustess on numerous issues from advising on securities and gilts agreements to admission agreements.

Service Agreements

Advised on Operate and manage agreements and variations to agreement for brewery owned by  Diageo. Advised on smaller matters such as Filming at public buildings, Letting of halls. Drafted joint venture agreement for Dial-A-Ride services at Bradford with West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive. Drafted agreement for the provision of Business Link Services at libraries within the area of Leeds City Council.

Drafted Terms and Conditions of Trading for private limited companies and public sector purchasing bodies.
